The body of a missing mum-of-two has been found half-buried in a plastic bag after she disappeared during the coronavirus lockdown.
Tragic Camila Aldana Tarocco, 26, was last seen alive on April 4, when she left her home in the city of Moreno, in the Argentine province of Buenos Aires.
Her ex-husband Ariel Alberto Gonzalez - who was supposed to take her to a bus station - is the prime suspect in her murder, according to local media.
Her family reported her as missing, and a search mission using police dogs was launched.
Her body was found over 10 days later, half-buried in the ground in plastic in the neighbourhood where she was living with her current boyfriend.
She was identified by her tattoos.
Initially her boyfriend was arrested, accorded to reports, but now her ex-husband has been detained as the main suspect.
He allegedly told his relatives that he had killed his ex, who was mother to his two children, aged five and seven.
He had reportedly broken the home arrest imposed on him because of a domestic violence case involving another woman.
The investigation is ongoing and the suspect remains in detention.
Forensic tests are underway to determine the cause of death but the results have not been revealed.
