The body of missing man Robert Scoular has been recovered from the loch at Lochend Park.
Mr Scoular, 34, had been reported missing from Lochend earlier in the week.
A large police presence was seen at the park on Saturday and Police Scotland has now confirmed Mr Scoular's body was found in the water around 4pm.
Mr Scoular's family have been informed.
Inspector Colin Fordyce said: "Our deepest sympathies are with Robert's family and friends at this time.
"Inquiries are ongoing but there appear to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
"I'd like to thank the public and partners who assisted us with this inquiry. "
