Body of missing 'Got Talent' dancer found floating in river and ex-boyfriend arrested

A dancer who starred on the Romanian version of 'Britain’s Got Talent’ has been found dead in the River Rhine and her ex-boyfriend has been arrested.

Alla Klyshta, a Ukrainian Hula Hoop and acrobat dancer, was found dead in the river by two passersby, according to local media.

The 33-year-old had lived in the town of Rust in the south-western German state of Baden-Wuerttemberg.

She failed to show for a gala event in Frankfurt at the end of April and concerned loved ones reported her as missing.

Klyshta’s body was recently found floating in the River Rhine in Rust where she lived, and her unnamed ex-boyfriend was reportedly arrested the following day.

A prosecutor from Freiburg who is investigating the case told a reporter that there is a “strong suspicion of homicide” involving the 30-year-old suspect.

Meanwhile, a police spokesperson said that the dancer’s body has already been examined, but it is too soon to reveal the autopsy results while the investigating is ongoing.

German singer and entertainer Chris Kolonko, who met Klyshta and the suspect last year, told local media: “Her ex-boyfriend was very nice, but the relationship seemed to be going through some ups and downs.

“She said that they were not a couple anymore, but continued to work together.”

According to local media, the police are certain that the ‘Romania’s Got Talent’ acrobat star did not die where her body was found despite finding her personal belongings close to the river.

The investigation is ongoing.
