Liverpool coroner's investigations office is trying to trace the relatives of a man who was found dead in his home.
William McCarthy, 51, was found dead at his home on Maplewood Close in Netherley yesterday .
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
Merseyside Police has released a statement on behalf of the coroner's office. It read: "We are appealing on behalf of the Coroner's Investigation Office to trace the next of kin of a man who sadly passed away yesterday (13th May).
Mr William McCarthy, 51 of Maplewood Close, Liverpool died at his home address.
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
