Body of man, 44, found in house

The body of a 44-year-old man was found in a house in Bootle, police have confirmed.

Merseyside Police has asked for help in tracing the family and friends of Paul Johnston who died at home on Marsh Lane.

Sefton Coroner's Office is attempting to find Mr Johnston's next of kin after the 44-year-old was found dead.

Merseyside Police added there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding Mr Johnston's death.
