Body of Edinburgh man found dead in home being treated as 'unexplained' by police

Police were called to a property on the evening of Monday, 25 January where a man was sadly found dead.

Cops say the death of the 47-year-old man is being treated as 'unexplained' but not suspicious.

The body was discovered on Wardieburn Street East in the Granton area of the city.

A police spokesperson said: “We were called on Monday, 25 January, to a report of a concern for a person at a property in the Wardieburn Street East area of Edinburgh. The body of a 47-year-old man was found within.
