Body of a man found at East Lothian beach near Longniddry golf course

Police were called to an East Lothian beach today after reports of a male body being found at around 10.20am near Longniddry Golf Course.

Emergency services are still in attendance at the scene and police are working to establish what has happened.

“At around 10.20 am on Wednesday, November 4 2020, police received a report that a man’s body had been found on the beach near Longniddry golf course.

"Emergency services are in attendance and inquiries are ongoing.”
