'Body in the snow' murder has never been solved

The murder of a man whose body was found covered in snow, has not been solved 10 years on.

Karl Bradley was shot four times and his body was found in a garden on Penshaw Close in West Derby on the morning of March 22, 2013. Police believe Mr Bradley was shot dead at around 11pm of March 21.

One of the bullets fired missed Mr Bradley and lodged in the wall of a nearby house. Mr Bradley's body was not found until around 7am the following day.

His murder remains unsolved and this week marked the tenth anniversary of his death. No picture of Mr Bradley or family statement has ever been released to the media.

Two children were upstairs at the time, and a man downstairs, as the shot hit a window of the "innocent family-of-four". But it wasn't until eight hours later, at about 7am, the following morning, that Mr Bradley's body was found in the back garden of a nearby address.

At the time of Mr Bradley's murder, Merseyside Police said they believed it was an execution-style attack which was targeted. The ongoing investigation did lead to the arrest of four people on suspicion of Mr Bradley's murder, however no charges followed.
