Body found in search for missing Swansea man

A body has been found in the search for a missing Swansea man.

South Wales Police said a man's body had been found following their appeal to locate Andrew Wilcox, aged 32, who was first reported missing on Sunday evening after his car, which contained some of his personal possessions, was discovered at Clarion Court at Swansea Enterprise Park.

Police have said the death is not being treated as suspicious.

A statement from the force read: "Following our appeal to locate Andrew Wilcox from Llansamlet a body has been found.

"Andrew was reported missing on Sunday, July 4. At 11.30am today we received a report that the body of a man had been found in an area near Clarion Close. Next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers. Our thoughts are with Andrew’s family at this difficult time.

"The death is not being treated as suspicious and HM Coroner has been informed."
