Body found in search for missing Glasgow dad Barry McCullagh last seen six months ago

A body has been found in the search for a Glasgow dad who has been missing for almost six months.

Barry McCullagh, 41, went missing from the Royal Alexandra Hospital on Wednesday, October 5, days after he suffered a seizure and began hallucinating. The dad-of-two from Castlemilk had been admitted to hospital but left and was reported missing soon after.

Emergency services attended Old Patrick Water on Sunday evening with multiple police cars, a fire engine, a water rescue service vehicle and an ambulance all on site. They camped out on Glen Gardens, just off Main Road, as a search operation continues.
