A body has been found in the search for missing German tourist Valerij Tomarenko.
The discovery was made on Goatfell, Arran at around 11:30am yesterday.
Formal identification is yet to take place but police say the man is believed to be the 58-year-old, who was reported missing from Springburn on Thursday August 15.
He was visiting Scotland on holiday and was due to fly home on Sunday.
Valerij's family have been informed.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
