Police searching for a missing Cardiff dad have discovered a body in woods near his home.
Ryan Ford, 37, from Danescourt, had been missing for a week.
His frantic family been searching for him after he left home without his phone or wallet and not wearing a coat . They have said that he will be "forever" in their hearts.
South Wales Police said they are investigating the sudden death of a man whose body was discovered in the Radyr woods area shortly after 3pm on Wednesday.
A spokesman said: "The death is not being treated as suspicious. Next of kin and HM Coroner have been informed."
A family member said: "The family would like to thank the police and public for all of their support over the past week. Ryan is loved and will be forever in our hearts."
