A major police probe has been launched after a man was found dead following an 'altercation' in a Scots town.
Emergency services were called out to reports of a man seriously injured in Drumpark Avenue, Bo’ness, at around 2pm on Saturday April 17.
Emergency services attended, but the 39-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Forensics in white suits have been spotted at the property.
Police confirmed a 35-year-old man has since been charged in connection with the death.
He is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court tomorrow.
A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: "A 35-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 39-year-old man in Bo’ness on Saturday, 17 April, 2021.
"Around 2pm on Saturday, 17 April, officers were called to a report of a 39-year-old man seriously injured following an altercation within a house in Drumpark Avenue, Bo’ness.
"Police and ambulance attended and the 39-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"The 35-year-old man is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, 19 April.
"A full report will be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal."
