Body found at units in northeast Brisbane

A crime scene has been declared at an apartment complex at Hamilton in Brisbane's northeast following the discovery of a body.

Police say a 26-year-old man, who is in NSW, is assisting detectives with inquiries after officers attended an apartment at the complex on Parkside Circuit shortly before 4pm on Monday.
