The body of a man has been discovered on a Scots shore.
Emergency services raced to Newport-on-Tay in Fife after the alarm was raised at around 7.05am on Wednesday, March 30.
Officers were called to the report that a body had been found.
Cops are now desperately trying to identify the man.
Enquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers received a report of the body of a man having been found on the shore in Newport-on-Tay around 7.05am on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.
“Enquiries are ongoing to identify the man.”
