Joe Wicks has suffered a huge Instagram blunder after accidentally uploading a video of himself naked.
The Body Coach, 32, took to his stories to show off his posh Devon hotel room — but ended up showing a whole lot more.
He walked over to the window to get a shot of the sea view but didn't realise the reflection of his completely naked body could be seen in shot.
He said: "Feel like I've woken up in another country. How beautiful is this view."
The video was left up on his Instagram stories for over eight hours and he filmed several other videos afterwards.
He later recorded himself walking down the beach and filmed a video thanking fans for buying his latest book.
Mirror Online has contacted Joe's reps for comment.
Joe caused controversy on his Instagram earlier this year after posting a "risky" photo of his baby daughter .
In a snap taken on the beach in Costa Rica little Indie, one, balanced on Joe's palm.
He didn't use the other hand to support her in the shot.
His followers criticised the picture, saying he was putting the tot at risk.
Joe announced that his wife Rosie is pregnant
They announced the news by sharing an adorable family snap that showed Rosie cradling her baby bump as Indie sat on her dad's knee while looking down at her mum's tummy.
Joe said: "Weeeeeee’re having another baby We are very happy and excited to grow our family
"We don’t know the sex and won’t find out but Rosie is now 19 weeks pregnant so Indie will be getting a little brother or sister in January"
