The Body Coach Joe Wicks spared no blushes as he showed off his bare bottom during treatment for physical pain.
Epsomborn Joe, 34, has been holding PE sessions three times a week on YouTube for the nation with millions tuning in every day.
As well as leaving fans in hysterics after he farted during a live broadcast, he has recently sustained a few injuries during his HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) and PE workouts.
Just last week he pulled his hamstring as he attempted to do the splits and today he even headbutted the ceiling, leaving a dent in the plasterwork, during a workout as he was dressed as the Honey Monster.
Following his injuries, Joe decided to try out some Chinese acupuncture to help him heal.
He showed off his bare bum which had fifteen needles stuck into it like a pin cushion as he posted a grimacing emoji and wrote: "Right in the booty."
In another Instagram post with more than thirty pins stuck into his injured leg he added: "I'm a massive believer in the benefit of acupuncture too. Its been helping so much to release deep muscle tension.
"I've realised now how important the rehab and rehab work is to allow me to keep training the way I am and continue to help other people get fit and healthy. I've also been having treatment with James Davies which is helping so much."
Joe who said his latest headbutting injury 'really hurt', also asked fans if they thought he was a plonker.
