Body Coach Joe Wicks launches Saturday PE class for kids

Body Coach Joe Wicks is launching a Saturday morning live PE class after suffering from 'withdrawal' from his lockdown kids ' fitness sessions.

The fitness fanatic says he has missed the "sense of purpose" he had since the daily PE with Joe sessions ended.

The father-of-two launched the daily classes in a bid to keep kids motivated during lockdown.

However when quarantine came to an end, so too did Joe's PE sessions and now kids are back to school the Body Coach is missing the 'happy faces'.

Posting on his Facebook page, he said: "That’s it I can’t leave it any longer. I’ve felt as flat as pancake since PE with Joe ended and the truth is I really miss it.

"I miss the energy it gave me and the sense of purpose I had everyday. I miss the lean backs, the silly billy’s and all the happy faces taking part at home with me.

"I’ve decided i’m coming back for another session. This Saturday morning I’ll be going LIVE for another workout at 9am on my YouTube channel.

"The first workout live from my new home. Will you join in for the reunion? I can't wait to train with you again."

Joe's post was an instant hot with his fans who were delighted at the news.

One fan said: "We’ve all felt like this since it ended! Thank you Joe for giving up your Saturday morning once again."

Another said: "I'm still doing the old ones every day so I cannot wait for this on Saturday! Please please include a silly billy!"

Another added: "Thank goodness you’re coming back!! PS I’m 51, but never missed a session and keep doing re-runs ... haven’t even ventured into doing another of your sessions as I loved PE with Joe so much!"
