Children from 10 lucky schools are in for a treat when Bodycoach Joe Wicks brings his HIIT tour to Northern Ireland and the Republic.
The health and fitness star announced on Wednesday that he is this way bound at the end of May.
He is now calling for applications for schools that would love to have him in for a session of his schools HIIT tour.
The 32-year-old took a break from his holiday in Costa Rica, to say: “I’ve got some great news.
“I am bringing my schools HIIT tour to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
“It really is incredible, the kids get so excited and motivated and it’s going to leave a long lasting impression on them into a long time in the future.”
Wicks, who has amassed millions of fans with his fitness classes and recipe ideas, exercised with more than 11,000 kids in five days last year - but sadly Northern Ireland missed out.
This year the super fit dad says he’s “super excited” to be including us in his tour plans.
“I missed (Ireland) out on my last tour but now I am going to be coming for three days on the 29, 30 and 31 of May,” he added.
“I’m going to visit 10 schools over three days so if you would like to like to find out more and you want to visit your school complete the form.
“I will be picking 10 schools and will be travelling all around Ireland and Northern Ireland to try and inspire and motivate as many kids as I can.
