Body Coach Joe Wicks completes 24-hour workout for Children In Need

He kept the nation's youngsters fit during lockdown and now Body Coach Joe Wicks has completed a 24-hour workout for Children In Need.

The dad-of-two raised more than £1million for the cause with his interactive 24 Hour PE Challenge which saw children and their families joining in from home.

After completing the challenge Joe, 34, said: "I don't know how I'm still standing. I thought I'd be asleep on the mat.

"But I think it's all your energy, it's the fact that you're taking part with me now makes me want to keep going."
