Bobby Wagner said he and K.J. Wright will help Jordyn Brooks develop

Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner recently spoke on the Mina Kimes Show podcast featuring Lenny the Dog about newcomer and rookie, Jordyn Brooks.

Wagner expressed his excitement about the Seahawks’ first-round draft pick and stated that he and fellow linebacker K.J. Wright will do their best to teach Brooks the ropes this offseason.

“At the end of the day, you want to pick the best position and hopefully it’s a good sign that people are starting to value the linebacker position,” Wagner said. “I’m supporting it, excited to have him on the team, excited to bring him in and help him the best we can because we don’t get to be around him like normal . . .

“Myself and K.J. will definitely take him under our wing.”

The Seahawks have quite a bit of talent in their linebacker unit and Wagner and Wright could help develop Brooks to become a star player in the near future.
