Bobby Madden stood down for Ross County and Celtic clash ahead of Sunday night showdown

Referee Bobby Madden has been stood down as referee for tonight's clash between Ross County and Celtic.

Madden was set to be the man in the middle for the Premiership clash in the Highlands.

However, David Munro has been drafted in to replace him for tonight's live fixture in Dingwall.

Munro was originally set to be the fourth official but will now not be on the touchline alongside Neil Lennon and John Hughes

Billy Baxter will now be fourth official, with Alan Mulvanny and John McCrossan running the respective touch lines as assistants.

Neil Lennon's side go to Dingwall in search of victory as they currently trail Rangers by 18 points after Steven Gerrard's side thumped Dundee United on Sunday afternoon.

Reasons for Madden's withdrawal have yet to be confirmed.
