Bobby Madden will be the man in the middle for the New Year Old Firm clash at Ibrox on January 2.
The East Kilbride whistler will be assisted by David McGeachie and Daniel McFarlane, while Nick Walsh will be the Fourth Official for the first derby of 2021.
Rangers currently hold a 16 point lead over their city rivals at the top of the Scottish Premiership, although Celtic do have three games in hand in which to claw back some of that deficit.
Neil Lennon's side have showed signs of a return to form after coming through a dramatic Scottish Cup final against Hearts on penalties on Sunday, which sealed an historic quadruple treble.
And the Hoops will be looking to avenge the last Old Firm derby in October when Rangers ran out 2-0 winners at Parkhead, thanks to a Connor Goldson double for Steven Gerrard's men.
Madden last took charge of the fixture in September last year when Celtic won 2-0 at Ibrox, thanks to goals from Odsonne Edouard and Jonny Hayes.
He sent Rangers winger Jordan Jones off right at the end of the clash for kicking Hoops defender Moritz Bauer in the dying stages of the game.
Rampant Rangers have yet to taste defeat in the Scottish Premiership so far with 16 wins in 18 outings, and Madden will be charge with keeping a lid on the powderkeg fixture, which has a 12:30pm kick-off.
Before that Madden will take charge of the Boxing Day Premiership clash between Dundee United and Motherwell at Tannadice.
