Bob Myers: Steve Kerr's Game 2 return is 'on the table'

OAKLAND, Calif. _ Warriors' general manager Bob Myers confirmed that a Game 2 return for coach Steve Kerr is 'on the table' but the decision continues to remain up in the air.

"They're all on the table," Myers said Saturday as the teams shifted practice to the Warriors' downtown practice facility because of a scheduling conflict at Oracle Arena.

Acting coach Mike Brown remains in charge and handled the media obligations again Saturday and will plan to coach Sunday's Game 2 until he's told otherwise. He continues to say it's an easy situation for him to handle.

"What Bob and Steve both told me, they both said, 'Hey, you're the coach until we tell you otherwise'," Brown said. "So it's simple for me to plan that way and then if there comes a time that I'm not, I will be prepared to coach the game if I'm needed to, but it's easy to take a step back."

Kerr has been out since Game 3 of the first round series due to complications from back surgery two years ahead that include intense migraine-like headaches, although he's been feeling better recently and looked to be happy and in good shape Saturday. Brown has gone 11-0 in Kerr's absence.
