Robert Kraft denies solicitation charges through spokesperson

A spokesperson for Robert Kraft issued a statement denying his involvement with any illegal activity after the New England Patriots owner was charged Friday morning with soliciting prostitution in Florida.

“We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further.”

Kraft faces two misdemeanor counts after a six-month investigation by law enforcement in Jupiter, Fla. A total of 173 warrants were issued on charges of human trafficking, racketeering and prostitution.
