
Update:
MARINE Rescue NSW says three people reportedly in the water off Hawks Nest after their boat sunk on Tuesday morning have been pulled to safety.
A passing boat brought the trio to shore before the Marine Rescue Port Stephens crew reached the scene.
The Marine Rescue vessel continued to the site to provide any further necessary help.

MARINE Rescue crews have been forced to make an abrupt end to their morning training session to save three people after their boat sunk in waters off Hawks Nest.
Emergency services have been called to a location in the Myall River and Marine Rescue Port Stephens vessels were racing to the scene about 10.30am Tuesday.
Early reports suggest the vessel sunk near the boat ramp at Winda Woppa.
Three people remain in the water awaiting rescue. More details to come as the rescue unfolds.
