A boa constrictor has been rescued from a Bristol suburb as police appeal for help in tracing its owner.
The "slippery customer" was discovered at a property in Lawrence Weston earlier this week.
Police also issued a video of the snake, which shows it being retrieved by an officer and transferred into a bin for transportation.

It appears to have taken refuge in a recycling bin in a garden in the suburb, before being removed.
The officer handling the snake can be heard reassuring the boa as it was transferred, with the snake apparently not taking too kindly to being moved.
However, it was successfully moved into a separate bin.
The sizeable snake has now been passed to the RSPCA after being rescued by police, the force has confirmed.
Despite efforts to trace the owner of the serpent, police stated they have not yet been able to do so.
The Bristol policing team from Avon and Somerset Police further appealed for help in finding the snake's owner, with anyone who can help asked to contact police or the RSPCA.
The statement issued on Twitter says: "Officers adder to deal with a slippery customer with no leg to stand on in Lawrence Weston this week when they rescued a boa constrictor. It's now with the RSPCA.
"We've been unable to trace the owner - if you can help call 101 (log 910 of 11 Aug) or RSPCA on 0300 1234 999."
