BO7 Season 3 Reloaded patch notes: Weapon adjustments, new Prestige Master Titles, anti-cheat update

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Season 3 Reloaded introduces weapon balancing, new Prestige Master content, gameplay fixes across all modes, and a preview of upcoming anti-cheat measures.

Here’s a breakdown of the significant changes included in the BO7 Season 3 Reloaded patch notes released ahead ofthe midseason launch on Thursday, April 30.

Weapon adjustments

Several BO7 weapons have been tuned to better match their intended roles. The X9 Maverick Javelin Assembly now features improved projectile velocity, reduced drop-off, and better multi-target potential, along with its intended impaling behavior for added impact and visual flair.

The 1911 pistol has been nerfed with reduced damage range to align it with other sidearms and make room for the upcoming Warden 308 Badlands Pistol Kit. Meanwhile, the Carbon 57 SMG’s Prestige magazine has been reworked to better support mid-range builds, while enabling the new Fabricator Mag to enhance aggressive playstyles.

The Warden 308 marksman rifle also received fixes to remove unintended motion while strafing and turning, ahead of its upcoming pistol conversion kit.

New Prestige Titles & Challenges

Players who have reached Prestige Master Level 100 can now unlock 16 new titles and challenges across Multiplayer, Zombies, and Co-Op/Endgame starting in BO7 Season 3 Reloaded:

Multiplayer

• Tryhard – Win a Match with the most Score and Objective Score, the highest Elim/Death Ratio, and appear in the Best Play.
• Bully – Kill your Nemesis 3 times in a single life 5 times.
• Godslayer – Kill 50 enemies without dying.
• Doomsday Architect – Earn 10 Nukes.
• The Quadfather – Earn 5 Quad Feed Medals (4 uninterrupted Kills in the Kill Feed).

Zombies

• Aether Ruler – Complete the Totenreich Main Quest with all Hard Relics from Totenreich and previous Maps active.
• Final Boss – Complete any Main Quest on Round 150 or later.
• Shaman – Earn 100 Alchemist Medals (Rapidly killed 5 or more Zombies that are affected by two or more elements).
• Invincible – Kill 1000 Zombies in a row without taking damage while solo in Cursed Tier 3.
• Fresh – Get 5000 Critical Kills with Seasonal Weapons.

Co-Op & Endgame

• Collector – Unlock 9 Glitch Operator Skins from Root Crasher, Link Forger, or Virus Injection.
• Outlaw – Eliminate 30 Elites with Akimbo Weapons.
• Nightmare – Eliminate 300 Nightmare Zone enemies in a single match.
• Field Medic – In Endgame: Revive 25 teammates.
• Drifter – Get 10 rapid Kills 30 times with the Blood Burner.

All Modes

• Master-Of-Arms – Reach Weapon Prestige Max Level on 50 Weapons.

Various issues have been addressed in Multiplayer, including fixes for Tactical Expert Wildcard, Needle Drone, Scrambler, Lockshot, Ion Core, and Rhino.

Zombies mode received map updates, weapon fixes, and balance changes, including buffs to the Cryo Freeze ammo mod and multiple Perk-a-Colas such as Mule Kick, Jugger-Nog, and Deadshot Daiquiri. Adjustments were also made to GobbleGums and field upgrades like Aether Shroud and Frenzied Guard.

Endgame adds new content, including the Exotic Skill Conductive Shot and the Nightmare Skill Wingman Unit, both focused on deploying drones and dealing sustained damage. Two new Exotic weapons, Pulsebreach and Reboot, have also been introduced, offering Shrapnel and Shock round synergies.

Anti-cheat update preview for Season 4

Starting in Black Ops 7 Season 4, PC players will need to meet new security requirements through Microsoft Azure Attestation (MAA) to access most playlists. Systems must have TPM and Secure Boot enabled to verify a secure environment.

Players who fail attestation will be placed in limited matchmaking pools, restricting them from playing with fully compliant users or console players. However, modes like Nuketown 24/7 in BO7 and Battle Royale Casual in Warzone will remain accessible without MAA. These changes aim to strengthen anti-cheat measures and improve overall matchmaking integrity by reducing the presence of high-risk players.
