New South Wales has named an unchanged squad for next Wednesday's crunch State of Origin decider in Brisbane, but injury worries abound over skipper Boyd Cordner and three other stars.
In naming an unchanged line-up, Laurie Daley has become the first coach in 19 years to name the same team in three consecutive Origin clashes.
Cordner's calf muscle, and worries over knocks to Tyson Frizell, James Tedesco and Josh Dugan will see the Blues approach the decider with some trepidation.
