Blue's Simon Webbe announces the arrival of first baby with wife Ayshen

Simon Webbe and his wife have welcomed a new baby.

The Blue hitmaker shared the happy news on his Instagram page on Tuesday evening as he gushed over this partner Ayshen and told of his happiness as they enjoy their "perfect bubble."

All Rise singer Simon, 45, typed on the social media site: "We're so blessed to announce we have a new arrival.

"Our baby is doing well, Mummy is in recovery and Daddy is rushed off his feet!"

He went on to add: "We want to be honest and let you know we're in our perfect bubble – our pregnancy reveal was with @hellomag and you will finally get to meet our bundle of joy through them too!

"We can't wait to introduce you to the most perfect baby. We're so in love. Thank you so much for all your support – it means the world. The Webbes xxx"

Alongside the post was a stunning snap of Simon holding his wife's blossoming bump.
Several of the smitten pair's fans took to the comments to send them well wishes.
One penned: "Congratulations! wonderful news."

Another echoed: "so excited for you both big congrats. Little angel sending you all lots of love x."
A third added: "Congratulations! I am so happy for your little family! I wish you all a lifetime of happiness, health and love."

In February, the musician - who is already father to daughter Alanah, 24, from a previous relationship - told that he and Ayshen were expecting a tot.

The happy news came after two devastating miscarriages.

Simon told Hello! at the time: "It's fantastic, we feel so lucky and grateful.

"Whenever I touch Ayshen's tummy, the baby moves, as if it knows it's me. I whisper, 'You're going to be loved so much and I can't wait to meet you'."

Ayshen, who married Simon in 2018, added: "We're more than ready to become parents and I couldn't be happier.

"Having a child is all I've ever wanted. Really soon, we'll experience that moment and I'll treasure forever the first time Simon and I gaze down at our baby."

The couple's journey to parenthood has been a tough one.

Ayshen fell pregnant just six months after their wedding but tragically suffered a miscarriage.

Simon said they were "devastated" and that they were struck by tragedy a year later when it happened again.
