Blue Line trains resume normal service after person on tracks in South Loop

CTA Blue Line train service resumed in the South Loop after an unauthorized person on the tracks at the Clinton station halted service for about an hour.

Starting about 3 a.m., no trains were running between the LaSalle and Racine stations, the CTA announced. Trains started moving again shortly before 4 a.m with residual delays.

No further information was immediately available.
