Police were called to the scene of a crash between two cars near Belle Vale Shopping Centre.
A Ford Focus and an Audi A4 were involved in the smash at the junction of Childwall Valley Road and Hedgefield Road on April 14.
Merseyside Police said they were alerted to the incident at around 2.45pm.
A photo shared on Twitter showed police parked up at the junction as one witness said there were "blue lights everywhere."
Police confirmed no one was injured during the incident which was a "damage only" RTC.
