Boho is still and likely always will be a vibe. Fashion houses Chloe and Isabel Marant will more than likely make sure of that. Now we can add another brand into the mix as Bloomingdale's joins forces with actress Ava Phillippe on the AQUA x Ava Phillippe collection.
There's more to this limited-edition lineup than frilly blouses and embroidered shorts, though. The daughter of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe puts her own unique stamp on the offering. Sure, there are laid-back essentials, like crochet, ruffled-accented tops and dresses along with flared jeans. In addition, however, are edgier accents. "I wanted this collection to highlight femininity and strength, so pieces with softer elements like pastels, lace, or crochet are paired with bold studs," she explains. Phillippe also added her own hand-drawn illustrations to decorate certain items. Prices start at $40 for a pair of turquoise earrings and go up to $298 for an embellished cami gown.
