This is a reminder about two exciting Guardian Cardiff events happening this week. Tomorrow Nicky Getgood from Talk About Local is coming to Cardiff to meet local bloggers in the city. Nicky has lots of great tips and advice on running local (interest or geography) blogs from her work with TAL and running the Digbeth is Good blog in Birmingham. Nicky has written about how excited she is here.
We'll be in Y Fuwch Goch from 6-8pm so feel free to drop in anytime – but do sign up here to let us know you are coming.
On Sunday, photographers across the globe will take part in the global 4am project – take a picture of where you are at 4am on Sunday 4 April. We're going to be taking part with our very own Cardiff 4am project - read about it here.
You need a camera and somewhere to upload you photo to Flickr where you can submit it to the Guardian Cardiff group pool, but be sure to tag it both #Cardiff4am and #4amproject. If some people want to meet up to run around the city snapping at dawn then get in touch and we can organise something. Better set those alarm clocks now.
