Bleacher Report names wide receiver as Raiders biggest need for 2020

With the 2019 season winding down, the Raiders are starting to get a clearer picture of what their team may look like next offseason. Fortunately, it appears their needs for next offseason are pretty clear cut.

According to Kristopher Knox of Bleacher Report, the biggest need for the Raiders next offseason is at wide receiver. Here is what Knox had to say about the Raiders potentially adding another wide receiver next offseason:

The Raiders should be on the lookout for a No. 1 receiver. Tyrell Williams is more of a No. 2, while Hunter Renfrow is best in the slot. The Oakland passing attack needs an elite pass-catcher on the outside.

Luckily for Oakland, the 2020 NFL draft class is loaded with top-end wide receiver talent. There are several players who project to be true No. 1 receivers in the NFL and should be able to produce right away. Not only is the draft loaded, but there are also a ton of proven receivers scheduled to hit the free-agent market, as well.

Oakland certainly will have other needs, including cornerback and defensive end but expect the wide receiver position to be atop of their wish list next offseason.
