Bleacher Report lists LeBron James as No. 2 NBA player of All-Time

Just when you thought you’d had your fill of NBA lists this time of year, with the decade winding down and a new season ahead, the folks at Bleacher Report decided that it was also the right time to take stock of who the best player of All-Time are. And unsurprisingly, LeBron James is near the top of the list but is still not quite at the top spot.

Bleacher Report’s Andy Bailey listed LeBron James as the No. 2 player of All-Time behind only Michael Jordan, who is still regarded by many as the GOAT ahead of LeBron. Of all the stats that LeBron has to his name, this may be the most staggering one that Bailey uncovered.

LeBron James isn’t just first all-time in box plus/minus; he’s over a full point ahead of second-place Michael Jordan. And the distance between LeBron and MJ is about the same as the distance between Jordan and eighth-place James Harden.

Should LeBron be able to win a championship with the Los Angeles Lakers, as well as a Finals MVP, that would give him three titles and three Finals MVPs with different teams. While Clippers star Kawhi Leonard also has that chance, LeBron’s All-Time numbers would put him into a completely different stratosphere.
