PORTLAND, Ore. _ Even facing the Portland Trail Blazers could not help the Detroit Pistons.
The Blazers (43-26) won their 12th straight Saturday night with a 100-87 victory over the Detroit Pistons at Moda Center. The Pistons are 0-3 to start their six-game road trip.
The Pistons trailed by 19 in the first half, fighting uphill the rest of the way.
The Pistons (30-39) had won five straight against the Blazers, but a bad shooting night (38.8 percent) led to the team's 16th road loss in 17 games.
Damian Lillard struggled with a 6-for-19 shooting night with 24 points. Five other Blazers scored in double figures.
Andre Drummond led the Pistons with 18 points and 22 rebounds.
Reggie Jackson missed his 36th game with a severe right ankle sprain. He averaged 28 points per game the last four times he faced the Blazers, a large part of the Pistons' previous success.
