Glen's family have asked for donations to the mental health charity Mind, in lieu of flowers.
In a death notice placed in the Chronicle Glen is described as: "Devoted partner and sole mate of Kim, much loved dad of Lucy, Alfie and Ruby.
"Beloved son of Wendy and adored brother to Sarah, Nicole and Abby."
Police launched a search operation after Glen, from Blaydon in Gateshead, was reported missing.
He was last seen leaving his family home in his grey BMW 3 series on April 23.
Glen's car was found near Cow Green Reservoir in County Durham and a number of personal belongings were found on the eastern side of the reservoir.
Officers from Northumbria Police believed he had entered the water, but despite extensive searches he could not be found.

Glen's family made a heartfelt plea for information, on June 17.
But tragically his body was found by a member of the public on Father's Day, just three days later.
In his death notice his family say: "Glen will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends."
Police do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances surrounding Glen’s death.
