A Blantyre hotel have made a knock-out gesture to Priestfield Boxing Club.
The Parkville Hotel have been supporting the outfit for the last four years and have again continued their sponsorship in 2020.
Parkville general manager Graeme McMaster said: “We are delighted to continue with the sponsorship of Priestfield Boxing Club.
“The club does amazing work in the Blantyre community and Lisini Pub Co are proud of our association.”
Coach, Tommy Slaven said: “Everyone at the club really appreciates the support from the Parkville and Lisini Pub Co.
“We have a magnificent group of young boxers here who show up every night and
train hard in the hope that one day they may realise their full potential, which is only made possible by the generosity of our supporters,
and the time and effort put in by the coaches, officials and committee at the club.
