Blantyre bakery business's one-day offer of delicious bundles for a penny

A small independent bakery in Lanarkshire is offering customers the opportunity to enjoy a bundle of its tasty wares for the princely sum of 1p.

Cakes by Rebecca, has teamed up with home delivery platform, Snappy Shopper, for the penny offer.

Rebecca Henderson, an entrepreneur who is local to the Hamilton area has seen nothing but success since launching her business in 2015 With her baked goods now stocked in over 150 stores across Scotland and her own shop front in South Avenue, Blantyre.

Customers in the Hamilton area can order the 1p Cakes by Rebecca Bundle through the Snappy Shopper app or website on Tuesday, May 23, and receive their baked goods straight to their doorstep.

The bundle includes a range of delicious baked goods, including a cake slice, cookie, donut, and muffin, all made from the freshest ingredients by Cakes by Rebecca. A delivery fee and service charge applies.

Rebecca, said: “I am thrilled to partner with Snappy Shopper and offer our delicious treats to even more customers in the Hamilton area. This is a great opportunity for us to expand our reach and bring our baked goods to a wider audience.”
