Blanket Jackson looks all grown-up in rare snap shared by brother Prince

A rare photo of Michael Jackson's 17-year-old son Blanket has been shared by his big brother, Prince Jackson.

Blanket, whose real name is Prince Michael Jackson II, has stayed out of the public eye since his father's death in 2009 and he looks smiling and happy in the snap shared on his 22-year-old siblings Instagram page.

They had gone with a group of friends to see Marvel finale Avengers: Endgame, with Prince captioning the collective photo: "#Endgame".

Blanket, who has changed his name to Bigi, is seen standing in the middle of the photo and is a striking presence as he has shows that he's grown up hugely during his teenage years.

The pair's sister Paris Jackson wasn't with the group and so far Blanket and Prince have declined to comment on the allegations made in controversial HBO documentary, Leaving Neverland.

People.com reported previously that Blanket had "acted very lost and extremely upset," after the death of Michael and "has had the most problems adjusting after Michael died."

Hollyoaks real-life love affairs and on-set relationships REVEALED

Blanket became known as Bigi in 2015 after suffering years of bullying for his extraordinary name.

The decision is believed to have helped him gain more confidence, though it has been said that he is still "shy around people he doesn’t know."

While Bigi and Prince have stayed tight-lipped about the child sex abuse allegations levelled at their father, Paris has spoken out saying it was "not her role" to defend him.

She also praised her cousin Taj Jackson for taking a stand against those who have pointed a finger at Michael.

She wrote on Twitter : "There’s nothing i can say that hasn’t already been said in regards to defense. taj is doing a perfect job on his own and i support him. but that’s not my role."

"I’m just tryna get everyone to chill out and go with the flow, be mellow and think about the bigger picture. that’s me."
