A delicious pizza that's healthy and counts as one of your five a day - could this be the holy grail of convenience food?
The Sweet Potato Pizza Co - created by a Blanchardstown entrepreneur - is the first pizza range of its kind to hit the Irish market.
The healthy pizzas are made with a base containing 140g of sweet potato, which equates to a full veggie portion.

It sounds like a genius way to sneak some vegetables onto the kids' plates if you ask us.
Not only does the base provide a rich source of fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals - but the three varieties of toppings sound pretty amazing too.
The pizzas come topped with either Chorizo, Feta cheese and Spinach Leaf , Parma Ham, Mushrooms and Fresh Rocket or Sundried Tomato, Red Onion and Spinach Leaf.
Dubliner Craig Grattan is the brains behind the innovative base - which he admits took several months to perfect.
He said: “I introduced sweet potato into my meal prep in my early twenties.
"My gym trainer at the time had encouraged me to use Sweet Potato instead on other carbs like pasta, rice or even normal potato.
"I made it one weekend for me and my girlfriend and it was the tastiest pizza I had ever cooked.
"It took ages to recreate that first amazing pizza, but it was absolutely worth it!”
The pizzas cost €6 and are launching this week into Supervalu stores in North Dublin and North County Dublin as part of the Supervalu Food
Academy Programme.
You can pick them up from today in frozen aisles in Supervalu in Rathborne (Ashtown), Skerries, Sutton, Donabate, Finglas, Tyrrelstown and select Farmers’ markets.
