Blackswan Property signs up agency for PR push

A Birmingham property developer has teamed up with a communications and creative agency to boost the profile of its projects in the city.

Jewellery Quarter-based Blackswan Property has signed a new partnership with Digbeth agency Digital Glue to promote its developments.

Blackswan Property was founded in 2009 by managing director Marcus Hawley and is behind the £110 million Hockley Mills mixed-use development which is aiming to transform industrial land next to the Jewellery Quarter station into a residential and leisure complex.

It is also leading the Lamp Works and Gilder's Yard residential schemes, also in the Jewellery Quarter.

Simone Griffiths, marketing and strategy director at Blackswan Property, said: "Our vision is to become one of Birmingham's most highly regarded and well-known mixed-use developers and we're very confident that partnering with Digital Glue will help achieve this.

"We couldn't be more excited to really start showcasing our work and upcoming projects in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham and beyond."
