You don't need to wait until November 5 to see the sky lit up with thousands of fireworks.
The annual World Fireworks Championships returns to Blackpool this month and you haven't just got one chance to see them.
The spectacular, free displays will take place on Friday evenings throughout which started on September 6 as the 'crème de la crème' of global pyrotechnic teams battle it out to be world champions.
The world's firework elite will wow visitors with jaw-dropping displays set to music launching from North Pier near The Tower Festival Headland.
It all ties in quite nicely with the seaside resorts famous Illuminations so it will be well worth a visit to the prom with the family.
Here's the main things you need to know about this year's big event.

Friday, September 27: Celebratory display and winners announcement from Titanium Fireworks.
Please remember that all displays are subject to weather conditions and with the ever-changing Northern weather, things could change at last minute.
What time do the fireworks start?
Each event will start from 7.30pm with the first fireworks at approximately 8.30pm.
Due to its popularity and as it's a free event, it expected to be busy and there may be delays when arriving and exiting the event.
Event organisers say to allow extra time for travel and the best way to get to the event is by public transport.
But if travelling by car, visitors are advised to park n the southern car parks and use the trams to travel directly to the event.
Where's best to watch?
You can watch the fireworks from anywhere along the prom, but the biggest crowd gathers around the Tower Headland and North Pier, where the fireworks are set off from.
But don't worry if it's too busy, you can get a good view from anywhere on the seafront.
