Blackburn Rovers vs Nottingham Forest: Chris Hughton names his first team as Reds manager

Chris Hughton has named his first starting XI as Nottingham Forest manager for the game against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.

The Reds boss has gone with a 4-2-3-1 formation with four changes from Sabri Lamouchi's final game in charge - the 2-1 defeat to Bristol City.

Out go central defenders Loic Mbe Soh and Tyler Blackett with the latter injured. In their place are fit again Scott McKenna and Tobias Figueiredo.

Ryan Yates gets the nod in midfield to partner Jack Colback with Harry Arter only on the bench.

The final change sees Joe Lolley return out wide in place Alex Mighten, who is also on the bench.

Lewis Grabban is the lone striker rather than Lyle Taylor with Luke Freeman starting as the number 10.

Forest: Samba; Christie, McKenna, Figueiredo, Ioannou; Colback, Yates; Lolley, Freeman, Ameobi; Grabban; Subs: Smith, Mbe Soh, Jenkinson, Mighten, Sow, Arter, Taylor
