Motherwell's Tyler Magloire believes Scottish football doesn't get the respect it deserves south of the border.
The on-loan Blackburn defender is enjoying his spell in Lanarkshire and Magloire was excellent in the Steelmen's first victory over Hibernian at Easter Road in eight years.

Scottish football doesn't have the best reputation in England but Magloire has been impressed by the quality of the Premiership.
He said: "The Scottish league deserves a lot more credit than people give it.
“It’s a lot better than what people think and it’s been a great experience so far.
“I’ve came up here and learned my trade. It’s toughened me up and made me into a better player.”
The Bradford born defender has played for Blackburn in the Championship, Rochdale in League Two and Hartlepool in the National League.

Magloire insists there are similarities in terms of style of play between the leagues but he is relishing the more physical nature of the Scottish game.
He said: “From some of the leagues I’ve played in, I don’t think the quality is much different. It’s definitely not worse.
“It can be more physical at times but I enjoy that side of the game. It makes it more fun and keeps you aware.
“I enjoy one v one battles with a striker because it keeps me switched on.

“It makes me play better if I’ve got an individual battle. It pushes you on to do more and gives you that bit of grit to get a result."
Magloire's attitude towards his loan spell at Motherwell is refreshing.
He is embracing the challenges of testing himself in a different league and understands it's part of his development as a footballer.

He's formed a solid central defensive partnership with Ricki Lamie in the last two games as Motherwell have kept consecutive clean sheets.
Henri Anier scored the winner when the 'Well last won away to Hibernian in 2013 and Magloire hopes the good times can continue.
He said: “I saw it was the first win in eight years so it’s been a sticky place to come for us.
“The lads put in agreed shift today and we definitely deserved the three points.”

“I’ve been up here just over three weeks now. It’s been a steep learning curve but I feel like I’m getting used to it.
“I’m enjoying every game as it comes and I’ve got to keep doing well - hopefully the results keep coming.”
