It used to be that Black Friday couldn’t touch Apple products. Oh, sure, Apple will dip its toe into the retail holiday with a yawn-inducing gift card offer (like they do every year), but the truly stunning sales, where you could save hundreds on an iPad, were non-existent.
At least, that’s how it used to be.
Apple’s iPad line is beyond fractured at this point. There’s the iPad, iPad Pro (in multiple sizes), the iPad Mini, the iPad Air, the previous generation iPad…all of which are still completely viable in the eyes of iPadOS 13.
When there are this many generations of devices floating around the market, that means that there’s a lot of stock that retailers are sitting on. And what better day than Black Friday to throw some deep discounts on those items to get them flying out the door?
The best bargains this year seem to be focused on the most recent iPad models. So if you’re willing to spend just a little more, you can get the latest iPad models for just a little more than previous gen hardware.
