Next in line for the Black Cab Sessions is Courtney Barnett, the Australian singer-songwriter whose recently released debut album, Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit, has received widespread praise – including a five-star review from the Guardian’s Everett True.
Barnett travels around London in a taxi to preview one of her latest songs, Dead Fox, in which she sings about various concerns – from pesticides and organic veg to stuffed kangaroos and a near-death incident on Australia’s Hume Highway.
