The mum-of-two was picked to grace the cover as a celebrated female entrepeneur on her 33nd birthday.
The make-up mogul looked almost unrecognisable as she ditched her usual outlandish style in an apparent make-under.
Posing in her a chic asymmetrical black mini dress, Chyna shunned her signature waist length rainbow coloured hair extensions in favour of shoulder length locks with a fringe.
Her famous dimple piercings were also absent as the cover girl also opted for a more natural make-up look.
As Chyna shared the mag cover to Instagram she cryptically wrote in the caption: "Sometimes it takes losing everything you thought you needed, to gain everything you ever wanted."
It's been a turbulent few months for the former video girl following a series of bombshell claims made by ex Rob Kardashian amid their ongoing court battle.
Rob, 33, is in the process of suing the mother of his child for $767,852 in damages after accusing her of assault.
Keeping Up With the Kardashian's star Rob has alleged Chyna was violent towards him and left him fearing for his life on more than one occassion.
Chyna claimed that she was simply being her "very outgoing, colorful, and joking self with Rob".
The troubled exes are also currently engaged in a complicated custody war and are both fighting over their three-year-old daughter Dream.
They had agreed to joint custody of Dream in September 2017 after they split, but Rob is now reportedly filing for primary custody.
Chyna's recent style transformation comes just months after she stunned fans with appearance at the Academy Awards.
