The mother uploaded footage of her at-home treatment on Instagram over the weekend.
California has been urging as many people to stay at home and social distance under their Safer At Home policy amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
It's also advised people stay six feet away from people they don't live with, The New York Times reported.
However, in the clip, Chyna's tattooed foot was being scrubbed by a beautician.
Her other foot was placed in a foot spa during the treatment.
The beautician wasn't wearing any gloves in the clip while she carried out the pedicure.
She did have a towel over her legs when she attended to the reality star's cosmetic needs.
It was uploaded over the weekend on her Instagram stories.
The Mirror has approached Blac Chyna's representatives for further comment.
